These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the IQ Test Hubs website and services ("Service") operated by 3DOLO Aleksander Załuczkowski ("Company", "we", "us").
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.
2. Service Description
IQ Test Hubs provides online cognitive ability assessments (IQ tests). The tests are designed for educational and entertainment purposes. Results are not a clinical diagnosis and should not be used as a substitute for professional psychological evaluation.
3. Payments & Pricing
Certain features require payment. All payments are processed securely through Stripe, Inc. Prices are displayed before purchase. By completing a purchase, you authorize us to charge the specified amount via Stripe.
4. Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of the Service, refunds are generally not available once the test results have been delivered. If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from completing the test, please contact us within 14 days for a resolution.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, test questions, algorithms, graphics, and design elements are the property of the Company and are protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.
6. User Conduct
You agree not to: (a) use automated tools or bots to take the test; (b) share test questions or answers; (c) attempt to manipulate results; (d) use the Service for any illegal purpose.
7. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Poland. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts in Wrocław, Poland.
